Studio Policies

By entering into transactions with Innerlashes, clients agree and are bound by these policies.

Please be aware, cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failing to do so will result in a 100% charge of your appointment.

All clients have to be over 16 years of age. The proof of ID  is required.​
Between 16 and 18 of age we will need consent from an adult guardian before lashes can be applied.

All deposits are non refundable.

If you are running late to an appointment, please message to let us know. Otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and charged the full service amount.​

No extra guests allowed. 

I do not provide infills if your lashes are done from another lash salon. It will need to be remove and booked a full set.

Promotions and Discounts cannot be used in conjunction.

No show clients will not be rebooked. 

You must arrive with clean lashes.

Please reschedule if you are sick.

No caffeine on the day of appointment.

Please book your infill appointments accordingly. Infills will be charged based on the date of your last appointment. 

All full sets must require a 40% deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non refundable.

Client must wash lashes on daily basis, or at least 3 times a week.

Clients must have at least 30% of Lashes left to be able to book an infill. Less than this will be charged a full set.
